What is the current made-to-order lead times?

We are currently shipping items 3-5 business days after placing an order.

Where are these made?

Our Studio is located in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, we never planned to end up in Las Vegas, but have found a great home here. Each bag is hand-built in our small studio. They are packaged and shipped from there as well.

What is the return policy?

Unused items, with tags still on, may be returned within 30-days for exchange or refund.

Are your fabrics recycled?

We use a variety of fabrics and each has its own emphasis on sustainability. Many of our fabrics are not fully recycled, as well felt the durability of new material outweighed the benefits of a recycled material. Some layers of our composite fabrics do contain recycled content, however. Our RBC 200d polyester lining is 100% recycled with an environmentally friendly DWR coating. We are always testing new fabrics and have some additional recycled options we hope to offer in the future.

What is your guarantee?

We guarantee our quality and craftsmanship for the life of the product. We prioritize repairing items over replacing, whenever this is possible. We kind of like repaired goods, they are unique and can tell a story. Please reach out if there is ever any issue with your bag.

How do repairs work?

If a repair is needed, we will ask you to mail the item back to our Studio in Las Vegas, Nevada. We will assess the work and let you know what we think is best. We will try to do this as timely as possible, but we are a tiny shop and repairs can be difficult. Please allow some time.

Do you do custom orders?

We hope to offer a lot of great options to mix colors and/or fabrics together for some semi-custom bags, but do not do fully-custom orders at this time.

When will items be back in stock?

We build bags in very small batches on an as-needed basis and things tend to sell out quickly. If there is an item, color or fabric option you are waiting for, please reach out to us so we can take a look. We resupply items several times throughout the year.
